Tim Emerick
Senior Consultant
Tim Emerick has over 35 years of experience in accounting and IT and most recently as a data and business analyst. In addition to accounting, he has a clear understanding of general business processes across many industries including construction, manufacturing, automotive, and non-profit/governmental organizations. Tim received his accounting degree later in life from New Mexico Highlands University, summa cum laude.
Tim found his calling in the world of business analytics and industrial psychology, both of which use data and intuition to understand how the world revolves around us. He is currently pursuing a Masters's Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Analytics and also holds the distinction of being a Predictive Index practitioner. He is regarded by many as an expert in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, and SAP Crystal Reports. Churning data into actionable and often predictive tools are one of the many things Tim enjoys building for others to help make work less tedious and more enjoyable. Of the many accounting and ERP systems that he has used over the years, his favorite is Viewpoint Vista. The underlying database structure coupled with its robust and customizable framework created a space for him to learn and build holistic tools that can overcome almost any hurdle. He considered going to work for Viewpoint but found ConstrucTech a better fit.
His Predictive Index reference profile is Promoter and his GiANT voice order is Connector-Creative-Pioneer-Nurturer-Guardian. He has proven to be an incredibly resourceful individual that is continually looking towards the future when evaluating solutions for today's problems. Like a good journeyman, he has an impressive array of knowledge and tools in his toolbox.
Tim's core values are openness and growth. He enjoys dabbling in his vegetable/flower garden and trying to understand why his menagerie of pets keeps expanding. He also loves to code and spends way too many hours on YouTube learning how to understand and utilize a new coding language...all for fun.
