Customizable Timecard Submission Questions

Administrators can configure custom questions within the Employee Portal, such as:

  • Were you injured? (Yes/No response)
  • If yes, please enter the day, job, and details of the injury (Text response)

These questions are linked to automatic notifications, ensuring that responses from employees are immediately shared with key personnel.

Automated Email Alerts

When an employee submits a timecard indicating an injury, an automated email is sent to pre-defined recipients. This email includes:

  • Employee details
  • The submitted response
  • A direct link to view the timecard in the Employee Portal

This real-time notification system ensures HR, payroll, or safety teams can take swift action when necessary.

SSRS Timecard Injury Audit Report

In addition to email alerts, all reported injuries are logged and accessible via an SSRS Timecard Injury Audit report. This report, installed directly in the portal, provides an easy-to-review summary of current and past injury submissions. Managers can filter reports by date and Company to track patterns and ensure compliance.
